When do you deliver?

We will deliver on Thursday between 9am and 6pm.  Weeks with holidays or bad weather may cause us to reschedule deliveries to either Wednesday or Friday.  If so, we will call you and keep you informed.

Please call us and we would be happy to discuss this with you.  We can be flexible depending on your location.  Depending on your location there may be an increased delivery charge.

Why do I have to order by Monday to receive on Thursday?

Due to the lack of storage space at our retail location we are unable to stock all brands and flavors of food available.  When you place your order by Monday we then order directly from our distributor which insures the freshest food available to you.  Our distributor delivers to us on Wednesday.

Can I order any of these brands and just pick up myself at the store?

Absolutely, you can pick up yourself in the store!  Just have your order placed on Monday and you can pick up by Wednesday evening.  And there is no additional charge for in-store pick-ups.

Can I order raw/frozen food?

No, at this time we are only delivering dry or canned food, supplies, toys, and treats.

What is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge is $8 for our current delivery area.

How do the Frequent Buyer Programs work?

Currently there are 3 food companies that have a frequent buyer/loyalty program.  Here are their rules:

Sojos:  Buy 12 and get the 13th free.  A copy of receipt and product proof of purchase is required.  We will make a duplicate receipt and clip the proof of purchase off of the top corner of the bag before delivery and file in our store.  Free bag will be the least expensive bag purchased.  The free bag will not be delivered with the 12th bag.  The free bag will come on your next delivery and delivery cost still applies.

Blue:  Buy 10 and get the 11th free.  The program is valid for one year from the date of the first bag purchased.  You must collect the UPC's from the bags or cases of canned food.  Blue requires a customer signature so arrangements must be made to aqquire your signature on the frequent buyers card before your free bag is received.  Free bag will be the least expensive bag purchased.  The free bag will not be delivered with the 10th bag.  The free bag will come on your next delivery and delivery cost still applies.

The Honest Kitchen:  Buy 12 and get the 13th free.  A copy of the receipt is required.  We will make a duplicate receipt and keep on file in our store.  You have your choice of the Large (10lbs & 7lbs) or Small (4lbs & 3lbs) Box Program.  All twelve boxes must be the same size.  Free box will be the least expensive box purchased.  The free box will not be delivered with the 12th box.  The free box will come on your next delivery and delivery cost still applies.
