Return within 0-7 days and you will receive a refund, except on boots, apparel, and special orders (see below).  Must have receipt. 

Return within 8-14 days and you will receive store credit, except on boots, apparel, and special orders (see below).  Must have receipt.

 

Boots and apparel:  Returns in brand-new condition will be exchanged for store credit only for up to 7 days from date of purchase.  Must have receipt.  Must have all tags attached.  No cash refunds will be given.  We strongly encourage you to bring in your dog to try the boots on to insure proper fit and make sure that they will actually wear them.

 

Special orders:  No returns will be accepted on custom and special orders.  This includes beds, mats, paracord items, and all others.  If there is a product defect we will assist you in every way we can to get it replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. 

 

Paracord items:  No returns will be accept on paracord collars since they are all custom made to order.  If sizing is the issue, we can remake it for you and a $5 alteration fee will apply.  All shipping costs, if any, will be your responsibility.  All other paracord returns will be at our discretion.
